Class action participation is waived to the extent permitted by law.
McCoyInsure may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, platform functionality or business practices. Continued use of the platform after any updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect.
